Did you know? The BMAC Food Bank welcomes donations of fresh, home-grown produce!

This growing season, consider setting aside your surplus produce to share with our neighbors in need through the “Grow a Row for BMAC” campaign. Fresh fruits and vegetables help provide nutritious options for local families—and your garden can make a real difference.

Donation tips for gardeners:

  • Harvest produce at peak freshness—clean, ripe, and ready to eat
  • Avoid overripe, bruised, or damaged items
  • Keep items cool and bring them in promptly after picking
  • Donate what you’d proudly serve your own family

Don't have time to harvest and drop-off?

Connect with the BMAC Food Bank (509-529-3561 or info@bmacww.org) to arrange a date for staff and volunteers to take care of it for you!

Want to help glean and bring in extra produce from around the Valley? Text VOLUNTEER to (833) 753-0944 to receive updates about opportunities to help us harvest produce from some of our partnering farms, gardens, and orchards. These opportunities often come with little notice and require lots of hands!

Thank you for your generosity. Together, we can grow and share healthy food across the Walla Walla Valley.
