Walla Walla Warming Center to Activate with Freezing Temps

Walla Walla's safe and low barrier Warming Center has moved to the Walla Walla Housing Authority Gym at 501 Cayuse Street. The Warming Center will be activated when predicted temperatures drop to 20 degrees Fahrenheit or less, and/or 25 degrees or less with precipitation, from 7PM to 7AM. It will be operated by BMAC in partnership with Walla Walla Housing Authority and volunteers.

Volunteer orientations will take place on Friday, January 9, from 12-1:30PM and Tuesday, January 13 from 6-7:30PM at BMAC (8 E. Cherry St.).
