Client Grievance
Blue Mountain Action Council is a local nonprofit serving neighbors in Southeast Washington who are experiencing poverty. We provide opportunities for individuals and families to achieve greater levels of strength, independence, and self-sufficiency.
A grievance is defined as any situation or condition that an individual believes is unfair, unjust or inequitable.

Client Grievance Form

All individuals receiving and/or seeking services from BMAC have the right to file a grievance. The completed form must be delivered directly at any BMAC location and submitted to any BMAC Director or e-mailed to hr@bmacww.org.
