Kathy Covey, CEO Blue Mountain Action Council

Ms. Covey is responsible for all areas and programs at Blue Mountain Action Council. She leads the managing directors who directly supervise each of the many programs administered by BMAC. Rental housing is just one of many programs offered by Blue Mountain Action Council. Ms. Covey is a hands-on leader with a passion for quality service, professionalism, and an excellent understanding of each of the programs at BMAC and compassion for the many clients we serve on a daily bases.

Ted Koehler, Housing Services Director

TedUpdatedMr. Koehler is responsible for the daily operation of the Housing Department, Weatherization, and is part of the BMAC Directors Team. Mr. Koehler provides hands-on guidance for his staff, excellent knowledge of the properties, their budgets, and the mission of both the BMAC and the Housing Department.

Terry Keller, Assistant Housing Services Director/Weatherization Supervisor

TerryMr. Keller acts as Assistant Director for the Housing Department and manages the BMAC Weatherization Program as well as the Housing Department Maintenance program.

John Antony, Property Manager

JohnMr. Anthony is responsible for the management and oversight of BMAC’s 160 + rental units. Mr. Anthony has an excellent knowledge of the property we operate, Landlord Tenant law, HUD rules and regulations, Fair Housing Standards and a drive to provide the best service possible.

Elpidio Soto, Compliance Specialist

ElpidioMr. Soto is responsible for ensuring that rental units are filled with qualified tenants in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing rules and regulations. He is also responsible for the annual recertification of all tenants receiving a subsidy.

Diana McFetridge, Housing Assistant

DianaMs. McFetridge is responsible for weatherization intake and ensuring data is compliant and correctly reported. Ms. McFetridge assists the Compliance Specialist and Property Manager in the daily activities associated with housing clients.

Claudia Limon, Service Coordinator Senior Properties

ClaudiaMs. Limon assists residents in their housing needs as they “age in place” in the many senior housing units BMAC offers. Assisting residents with other concerns such as transportation, food, elderly care, and ongoing education is her primary focus.

Krystal Ceron, Service Coordinator Lincoln Terrace Apartments

MitchellMr. Serl is part of a team that helps maintain the 160 units of BMAC housing as well as a Housing Quality Standards Inspector (HQS certified). Keeping properties safe, clean, well maintained, and landscaped are just some of the many tasks that face our maintenance crew.

Pat Adams, Housing Maintenance Staff

PatMr. Adams is part of a team that helps maintain the 160 units of BMAC housing as well as a Weatherization Auditor and lead in our construction partnership with the Walla Walla Community College. Keeping properties safe, clean, well maintained, and landscaped are just some of the many tasks that face our maintenance crew.

Carlos Oribio, Housing Maintenance, and Weatherization

CarlosMr. Oribio provides value-added service between the Housing Department and Weatherization. His role in the Housing Department includes all phases of maintenance, landscaping, and assisting with apartment turns.
